On October 17th, DPSF held its 4th Annual Champions of Education event sponsored by Ford Motor Company Fund and Reception sponsor ABC Student Transportation Inc., showcasing the incredible talent of DPSCD students, and honoring community champions, Dr. Herman Gray, President and CEO of United Way for Southeast Michigan and Ms Myra Anderson, Executive Director of the Sean Anderson Foundation for their tireless work for the students we serve. This year’s sold out event was the best yet, with performances from Renaissance High School, Detroit School of Arts, All City Jazz Combo Alumni, and Cass Technical High School, with Local 4 WDIV’s Priya Mann as emcee. We can’t wait for Champions 2018!
