Ms. Hatten Butler is a partner in the firm and oversees Global Investor Relations for Capri, and is a member of the Investment Committee. She is a member of the Global Management Board. Over a 35-year career, Ms. Hatten Butler has been involved in a broad range of debt and structured finance activities. Since joining Capri, she has worked on real estate equity, structured finance and mezzanine transactions as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, and has raised capital to support the firm’s investment activities. Most recently, Ms. Hatten Butler was Executive Director at UBS Global Asset Management. Ms. Hatten Butler holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from University of Michigan. Ms. Hatten Butler is the former Chair of the National Association of Securities Professionals and serves on the organization’s executive committee. Ms. Hatten Butler is the past President of the Board of Directors of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago. Ms. Hatten Butler is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and the Executives’ Club of Chicago. As of September 2015, Ms. Hatten Butler was appointed by Mayor Rahm Emanuel and confirmed by the Chicago City Council as a member of the Community Development Commission.
