DPS FOUNDATION BEGINS NEW DPS ALUMNI PROGRAM, HIRING ERICA RAGLIN AS ALUMNI DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

DETROIT – (March 20, 2012) – The Detroit Public Schools Foundation today announced Erica Raglin has joined the foundation as Alumni Development Specialist. In this newly created role for the foundation, she will raise donations, involvement and awareness of the Foundation among Detroit Public Schools alumni.

“We recognize DPS alumni feel a strong bond with their schools and the students of Detroit,” said Chacona Johnson, president and CEO of DPS Foundation. “Bringing Erica into this new effort for the foundation is the first step in reaching out to alumni, encouraging them to rekindle the connection, wherever they are now living, and get involved with the Foundation.”
