    Mini Grant Application Procedure

The DPS Foundation welcomes grant requests from DPSCD entities and 501(c)(3) organizations that have a MOU or contract with the District. Awards are granted directly to DPSCD schools, departments, offices and nonprofit organizations that currently provide programs supporting DPSCD students and schools. All documents must be submitted to the DPS Foundation by email for consideration at grants@dpsfdn.org. To be considered for a grant from the DPS Foundation, an applicant must comply with the following grant application procedure, which involves two steps.

    STEP ONE | ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must come from one of the following:

    • DPSCD school
    • DPSCD department and/or office
    • 501(c)(3) organizations that currently provide programs supporting DPSCD students and schools and have a current MOU or contractual agreement with the District

    STEP TWO | GRANT APPLICATION

Cycle Grants: The applicant must complete and submit a proposal to the DPS Foundation on or before the cycle deadline using the appropriate Grant Proposal Application Form. If we award a grant to the applicant, the applicant shall be required to enter into a grant agreement with the DPS Foundation accepting all terms and conditions, including reporting requirements. The Grant Proposal Application and related documents should be submitted to the DPS Foundation by email as an attachment to grants@dpsfdn.org. In the subject line of the email please write DPSF Grant Application– Cycle 1, 2 or 3 (please use corresponding cycle). We will not consider a Grant Proposal Application that is not submitted by email. Applicants should note the following important information:
