Effective August 12, 2015 Ms. Angela Hoston-Montgomery will join the DPS Foundation as Senior Development Officer. Angela comes to the Foundation following seven years as a development officer in the office of grants and compliance for the Detroit Public Schools. In her new role she will be responsible for developing grant proposals for the Foundation, assisting in the cultivation and solicitation of individual donors, working with the Alumni Advisory Board and Development Committee, as well as coordinating the Foundation’s efforts with those of DPS.
Ms. Montgomery has a bachelor’s degree in business from Wayne State University, a masters in administration from Central Michigan, and a juris doctor degree from the Cooley School of Law.
